Configuration in Webconfigurator

Then click on “Start Authorization” (must be done by all users individually) and you will be redirected to Dialpad telephony system login page to authorize. Dialpad is now connected to Bubble. Optionally, you can select a click-to-dial device from the list and then click Save.

Activate AI Call Summary
If you want to push AI Call Summaries via the Activity Hub from Bubble to a CRM that supports this feature, simply make sure that the checkbox “Send AI summary to Activity Hub” is enabled for the phone connector, and enable the Activity Hub in the Web Configurator under the Settings tab.
