- To make this integration work properly with Bubble Cloud, the Chrome or Edge extension also needs to be installed.
Configuration in CRM application
No need to configure anything in the CRM application itself.
Configuration in Webconfigurator
In the partner portal, navigate to the webconfigurator under the correct customer environment (only visible after Bubble licenses have been activated). Select the correct user in the top-right corner of the webconfigurator. Then go to the CRM Connectors tab in the navigation bar and enable the desired CRM integration by toggling the slider to the On position.

Then fill in the Base URL and click on 'save'.

Easy roll out to other users
Using the Clone Profiles module under the "Bubble" tab in your Partner Portal, you can quickly apply a configuration to all selected users at once. This allows you to configure 1,000 users in the same amount of time it takes to configure a single user. Keep in mind that this process creates an exact copy of the profile. For detailed instructions, refer to the Knowledge Base (Clone Profiles). Additionally, you can verify under the tab Features - Integration Type whether this integration requires a template for profile cloning to ensure that all user-specific settings are correctly assigned to their respective accounts.

Click to dial from CRM
Start an outgoing telephone call with one mouse click from your CRM application or any website.

Hotkey dial from CRM
Is a phone number not clickable in your CRM? With this function you can still make a call.

Copy to dial
Select a phone number and get a suggestion to call directly.

Activity Hub
In the Activity Hub, you can view activities such as a call log with notes or a conversation transcription that still needs to be saved in the CRM. You can choose to do this automatically or manually. Notes and transcriptions can be edited before they are written to the CRM.

Assign call log to search result
The feature enables logging conversations in the CRM by selecting an entity from the search results. AI summaries and/or manual notes are directly linked to the correct record.

Call logging
Call information can be recorded directly in your CRM under the customer card. Do you need this feature but is it not yet available for your integration? Please contact us.

Call logging (+AI transcription)
Call details, call notes, and an AI transcript of the conversation can be stored directly in your CRM under the customer record. To save AI transcripts, the connected telephony platform must support this feature.

Multi result pop-up

SearchBar
Search CRM contact information from the 'SearchBar' desktop toolbar. From here you can open the customer card, start a phone call directly, send an email/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams message or view the call history. Bubble Desktop
Bubble is installed on each user/workstation and runs locally on the user's computer.

Bubble Cloud
Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.

Clone template
A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.

Bubble Gateway Integration
Bubble Gateway Integration is developed for CRM, EPD and ERP applications that have their own integrated telephony module. Bubble handles the technical processing of incoming and outgoing calls, status changes and other telephony actions, and ensures that these – with the proper authentication – are securely passed on to the CRM, or in the case of outgoing calls, to the telephony platform. Which functionalities the end user sees is entirely determined by what the CRM supports. Bubble Gateway Integration connects, the CRM decides.
